How You Operate
- 5+ years of experience in back-end Java development, with a focus on server-side development using Java with solid foundation in object oriented analysis and design (we use Java and Kotlin)
- Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL and NoSQL such as MongoDB
- Experience in Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, JPA)
- Experience in client-side web development (HTML5, CSS, Angular2+, JSON) preferred but not required
- Experience in microservices architectures
- Experience in service oriented architectures (REST, SOAP)
- Experience in message driven architectures (RabbitMQ)
- Strong ability to balance business needs, a sense of urgency, and the shipping of high quality and pragmatic solutions
- Experience in API design and documentation using tools like Swagger
- Discipline to document ideas and api in a clear, comprehensive and organized manner
- Experience troubleshooting issues in production
- Write clean code to develop functional web applications
What You Own
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- 5+ years' experience in development
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software development principles such as Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps.
